What I collect, and what I do with it.
Short version: I collect what I need to write you a useful plan, I don't sell it to anyone, and you can have it deleted by asking.
What gets collected
- Contact details — first name, email, and your mobile number if you give it to me.
- Assessment answers — your skin, routine, products, sleep, stress, sun habits, budget, and goals.
- Photos — only if you upload them for a consultation or progress tracking.
- Basic site analytics — pages visited and roughly where you're located. No advertising trackers.
Why
To write your plan, to follow up on how it's going, and to adjust it when your skin changes. That's the whole list.
I don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to product companies, not to anyone. There's no version of this business where that's on the table.
Photos
Photos you send are used to advise you and nothing else. They are never published, posted, or used in marketing without separate written permission — and that permission is specific to the images, not a blanket release buried in these terms. You can ask me to delete them at any time and I will.
Who else sees it
A small number of services help run this: email delivery, scheduling, messaging automation, and payment processing. Each sees only what it needs. None of them get your data for their own purposes.
How long it's kept
Assessment answers and plans: three years, so I have your history when you come back. Photos: until you ask me to delete them, or two years, whichever comes first. Emails and texts: until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom, or reply STOP to any text.
- Ask for a copy of everything I hold about you.
- Ask me to delete it. I'll do it and confirm when it's done.
- Opt out of product recommendations entirely and get advice-only plans. Almost nobody uses this. It's there because it should be.
For any of these, email hello@attune.skin.
Texting
Texts only happen if you check the box — it's never pre-checked. Four a month maximum. Reply STOP any time and it ends immediately.
