Not medical care
Everything here — the assessment, the plans, the Library, consultations — is educational and cosmetic. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor. See scope of practice for the detail. If you have a medical concern, see a physician.
Results
Skin varies. Two people with identical routines get different outcomes, and there's no honest way around that. Nothing here is a guarantee of a result, and I'd be suspicious of anyone who gives you one.
Products
Patch test anything new — a small area on your jaw for three nights before it goes on your whole face. Stop using anything that stings, burns, or makes things worse, and tell me. Check the full ingredient list yourself if you have known allergies.
Appointments
- Payment is taken at booking.
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund.
- Under 24 hours, or a no-show, is charged in full.
- If we start a consultation and I don't think I can help you, I'll end it in the first ten minutes and refund you completely.
Digital products
Plans, guides, and courses are non-refundable once delivered, because they can't be returned. If something isn't what you expected, email me — I'd rather fix it than have you feel taken.
Your content
Photos and answers you send stay yours. You give me permission to use them to advise you. Anything public requires separate written permission — see privacy.
The site's content
The writing, images, plans, and assessment are Attune's. Read them, use them, apply them to your own skin. Don't republish them as your own.
Liability
Attune isn't liable for outcomes from following general educational content. You're responsible for patch testing, for reading ingredient labels, and for seeing a doctor when something needs one.
